3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at xxx99. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, phone numbers, or other details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysia identity card (MyKad)
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your own name
• A valid and active email address
• Exact date of birth
• A strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols

Xxx99 reserves the right to request document verification (KYC) at any time to confirm a member's identity, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain limit. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, and a verification selfie.

4Deposit & Payment

Xxx99 accepts deposits via a variety of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, DuitNow, and USDT. All deposits are processed within the designated timeframe based on the selected method.

• The minimum deposit limit is RM 30 for all methods unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be in the member's own name. xxx99 does not accept third-party deposits.
• If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, you may contact xxx99 customer support with proof of transaction (receipt / screenshot).
• Xxx99 does not charge processing fees for deposits made using local banking methods. Any fees that may be imposed by third-party payment service providers are beyond xxx99's control.
• Xxx99 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5Fund Withdrawal

Xxx99 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the stated timeframe. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the xxx99 account holder.

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50. No minimum limit for Platinum and Diamond VIP members.
• The daily withdrawal limit is based on the member's VIP tier — from RM 5,000 for standard members up to unlimited for Diamond members.
• Balances originating from your own deposits may be withdrawn at any time without wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Xxx99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete for first-time requests or when suspicious activity is detected.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

8Member Conduct
